Leadership is a critical skill in the modern organizational management system. Leadership enrols the guidance of the employees and the organization towards the achievement of the set objectives in the respective firm. Considering the art and science of leadership, leadership involves art as human skill is included in it. Acquiring the leadership skills, qualities require human skill which is natural. Compatible with art, the inborn talents that enables an individual to guide, work and motivate others are all included in leadership (Sanch, 2021).
